Is the GTX 960 a big enough upgrade over the 7850?

Not looking to change power supply ( 450 watt antec) also running a i5 4670k

Toms recommends to upgrade when difference is 3-4 tiers, otherwise you won't see significant difference.

go for the GTX 970 or wait a year. The difference will be huge !
