Hi, I use windows 8 and ran into a problem I can't fix.

Earlier today I decided to reset and reinstall windows. It worked fine. Then I decided to install Google Chrome but ended up with malware known as Binkiland. I decided to use my uninstall a program in search settings to uninstall it and everything that came with it (things that shared date of installation and publisher which was "Crawler Group" I think) and after I uninstalled a certain program (I think it was some type of "weather" program) the computer asked to be restarted. My reflex went to click restart and now after I logged in I am left with just a blank black screen and a cursor. All I can do to my knowledge is open task manager (CTRL + ALT +DEL) and use file to run new programs like windows Internet Explorer (what I'm doing now) I managed to open up a restore computer window with help from online but the only date that showed I could restore to was the removal of the weather program and that didn't work. I'm still left with a blank screen and all that malware.

Please help. Is there any way possible to fix this with just task manager? Is there a way to reset and reinstall windows with just task manager?
Thanks.

Open up task manager
Go to file
run new task
type cmd and create as an admin
type sfc /scannow and press enter
let scan run (30m-1h)
then type cd.. and press enter (do this twice)
then type del "c:\windows activation technologies" (quotes included) and press enter
then type shutdown \r
this will restart and hopefully fix your pc

Or..... Close "Windows Explorer". Click file and select "Run program". Type "Explorer.exe" and hit enter.
But I think you will have to do this every time you re boot
