I have a RAID 0 that I recently cloned/replaced and I'm trying to find a way to test it. My desktop has been crashing/hanging occasionally (1-5 times a week) for the last ~6 months and I finally swapped the RAID with a stable SSD after much recommendation from here and otherwhere (my memory is good). But now I want to know if one, both SSDs or the RAID itself needs to be fixed/replaced. And if none, what other options I have. It'll do both a BSOD occasionally and it'll just freeze sometimes. Any help is appreciated.

which specific drives do you have?
Raid 0 compounds issues/Makes them worse since you have twice the point of failures. If either drive hiccups you will have an issue so you need to begin with excellent drives to begin with.

If you havent yet, backup the raid.
Manufuacturers typically provides testing utilities but these usually require ahci mode and some are destructive.
