Ram memory and motherboard question!

Building my gaming pc. Ive just ordered gtx 970 4GB gaming edition and i5 4690k Cpu . The next thing i want to buy is Ram memory and i found one intresting for very low price , so i need you to tell me what do you think about that one (G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 PC17000/2133MHz CL11 2x4GB) . Ive noticed that it has 2133MHZ so im wondering if is better to take this one or vengeance with 1600mhz with 2x4 GB which is around 10 dollars more?

Also if you could suggest me some great motherboard for this build!

Definitely the G.Skill ripjaws (Theyre both good quality though). More performance for less money ;). How much are you willing to spend on a mobo?

I dont really know , i gues about 90 dollars. But i would like some good mobo (not that expensive) wich will not heat up , and which will let me overclock my cpu well (if i ever plaining to do) And ofc that will be able to handle future upgrades(for example getting second gtx 970 in the future) , some great quality with good price.

Ill make some suggestions below. I also suggest that if you ever plan on OC'ing you buy an aftermarket cooler right now. The stock cooler will do the job (not OC'ing ofc). But aftermarket ones will allow great overclocks (and less noise).

They both have the features you want them to have, they both support your DDR3 at 2133 MHz. ( so they will utilize the full speed of your RAM) And they both support SLI, so for adding another 970 in the future.
