My computer screen is upside down & ctrl+alt+up arrow is not working??

My windows is dutch, ill do my best translating the steps below;
Go to control panel > Appearance and Personal settings > Monitor/Screen > Adjust Monitor/screen Settings > Than you should see 3 Buttons, one showing the current name of your monitor. Another one with your resolution. And the last one is the one you need. The last one has 4 different settings. Choose the first one (landscape if i am right)
