Reinstalled windows 8.1, I cleared all drives in setup then partition them and used working Samsung 850 as boot drive. After install I beleive the other 1tb black wd and Samsung 820 have some how been corrupted/not installed right. In bios and device manager they show up fine, in diskmangement it only shows the working 850, I need to format them I know but they just aren't coming up in disk management area like they should for me to do it. I've even re installed windows to try to format them in setup, but know they aren't showing. I've used my windows 7 cd and was able to see and format them in setup but that didn't seem to fix it. I'm at work know I'll retry the windows 7 way when I get home I'll even write win7 OS on them and see if that works. So yeah, I beleive it was a corrupt clean from windows 8.1 and it hasn't cleared all of it and made the HDD and SSD lose its volume capacity data.

The problem was simple, windows 8.1 straight from the cd created a problem and was making it not see the Hardrive and SSD, so I completely updated windows and then checked out disk management to finally find them in there unallocated. The funny thing was 4 month ago when I first set it up, I dont remember if I updated before trying to allocate them but I had no problems. So yeah, if your like the few I've found with similar problems in all the threads I've searched this may also be your problem/try a different OS and it should fix ie I used win7 and was able to see the drives but not in 8.1 setup.
