I know I could possibly do the board itself but the chipset would need a block( GPU's even my small and crappy 760's are too big to try a block on it so I'm okay with that). But is the thing up around at the I/O ports is that ready for water?

You mean the South Bridge?
You can get a water block for a South Bridge but the thing you really need to cool is the VRMs around the CPU which the mother board is setup for but if you still want to do it here it is...

If you're talking about the black one then it came with the board itself. Also sorry for terrible wording i was confused on South/North Bridge/PCH VRM's, Mosfets and so forth. But that black one came installed on the board from Asus on top of the VRMs. I'm assuming by your "wow" factor that that means it looks like Im good to go? I ask because I didnt know if that one was just a place holder and i still needed to buy a block in the future.
