It has a max of 95w cpu's at the 6300 is there at stock. If it overclocks at all without issues I would be surprised.
what about 3500 MHz to 3700 MHz?
You'd be better off just leaving it at stock and letting it use Turbo (4.1 GHz). But yeah, disable Turbo and bump the multi if you want to play with it. But don't overdo it on that board. Any OC'ing you do, you do at your own risk. And only if you have a good PSU.
