I'm wondering if its possible to overclock this cpu in this low-end motherboard, I want to know your expectations and experiences

Possible? Yes. But not very wise. It isn't designed for OC'ing. If you want to get a feel for it, a little CPU clock multiplier boost will be OK. A few clicks maybe, but don't touch the voltage.

You'd be better off just leaving it at stock and letting it use Turbo (4.1 GHz). But yeah, disable Turbo and bump the multi if you want to play with it. But don't overdo it on that board. Any OC'ing you do, you do at your own risk. And only if you have a good PSU.
