AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400B Bottleneck GTX 650?

So I recently got a new gtx 650 to upgrade my pathetic geforce 210 for gaming. However, in my new build, my processor has not arrived yet, so im playing my games on an amd athlon 64 x2 5400b 2.8Ghz. I then noticed, TF2 said my recommended graphics should be rather low. Is this a bottleneck result of what? A gtx 650 should be all maxed for tf2. Please help.

ps i have 4 gb ram and 500w psu.

Usually hardware detectors don't apply proper settings.

When I first installed Skyrim on my old E4300 machine with r7 260x it said my recommended settings medium, but I could handle high settings.

Try setting it to high and see what happens.
