ive been asking a couple threads about cpus, because i want to make sure getting a new cpu would be worth the money

I know that it would be better but $280 must be spent for 25.5% boost . it s too costly . if you like the idea , just get i5 4690 at least.

It most definitely would. Intel CPUs have a much larger performance per core rating, so they're alot quicker in terms of raw speed. Not to mention, they have a lower TDP rating and a smaller die size so more performance and less power and heat.
