I have two graphics cards running SLI and one is hotter than the other. They are both running identical fan speeds and overclock. Reason's for this? Also, should I adjust the speed of the fans higher on the one that is getting hotter, or is that nonsense? Also, I am thinking it may be the airflow inside my case?

Solution
It is common for the top card to be hotter than the bottom in an SLI setup. It's as the previous poster said, the back of the bottom card is restricting airflow to the top cards fans. These cards tend to be cool as it is, but if the temperatures on this card concern you, you can set a more aggressive fan curve in your software (presumably Afterburner) for that card.

Maybe it`s because one card is in front of the other and blocking the airflow? Maybe, who knows...

But yes, you can improve that by adjusting the airflow of your case.
If you have the option, some side fans blowing right on the GPUs might help a bit.
