i just build my desktop
cpu amd fx 8320 16mb cashe
i am using Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO heatsink
mother board is m5a97 r2.0
smps corsier 550 w
ram 4gb
i am using my lon end level ddr3 1 gb galaxy 210 graphic card

i am planing to buy a ddr5 graphic card my bajut is rs 8,000
plz let me know which card will match good for my cpu.

Yes, good choice on upgrade, your current graphics card is extremely slow and holding you back a LOT.

But for that budget you can only get Nvidia 730 (64 bit GDDR5 version, preferably with 2GB memory).

Fear not, it does not require 600W power supply - it only uses approximately 60W, so a decent 300W+ PSU will be more than enough. It should allow you to play most games in at least medium up to 1080p resolution.

Also, upgrade yopur memory. 4GB is not enough for today's games. Get another 4GB, preferably exactly the same memory stick in terms of size, manufacturer, model, series, timings, everything.

Yourbudget is too low. If you can increase your budget to somehow 13k then r9 270x will be good. But if you can't increase then see this:

A GPU upgrade from a 210 to a 730 is huge so yeah go for that!!

For the sake of budget I Would recommend you AMD's Radeon HD 7770. You would be able to game with it at 1080p with Min/Low settings. Also please upgrade your ram to 8 Gb at least or else your CPU will be bottlenecked.
