Problem in Unlocking AMD Sempron 145

Hey, I have AMD Sempron 145 processor. My motherboards model number is- DIGILITE DL-M61PMP-K. I want to unlock second core of my processor but i have trouble in unlocking it. I read in another forum that you cannot unlock cores with an nVidia chipset. And the main thing is I can't find Advanced Clock Calibration in bios :( . I think my motherboard does'nt have that option to unlock it. Is there any other method to unlock it ?

You cant with a motherboard which dont have that function I have an MSI 760m-p21 and I unlocked the second core but the second core wasnt stable and then I updated my bios.Right now I can play Watch Dogs at medium settings at 20-30 FPS with an R7 250.Before the r7 250 I had an GT 210 and I was able to play Battlefield with the second core unlocked at 30 FPS on low.
EDIT:I have it overclocked with the stock cooler at 3.7GHZ and is stable.
