Hello, I have an Alienware 17 r3 about 3-4 years old and I recently been having problems of the laptop shutting down at random times. Also the screen stays blank sometimes when the pc start, but you can here the background sound for the login. Diagnostics says that everything is in working order, the laptop is stock no hardware upgrades. the laptop is clean and not overheating. what could be making this happening. Also even though it is a gaming laptop I do not game, I use it for school, social media and casual 3D designing. Thank you for you help.
Random Laptop shut down but Diagnostics says everthing is passing and in good standing.
