BSODS suspected memory issues after RAM upgrade

Ok my specs are

if there are any more required let me know

Basically i had 4GB of ram before in the form of 2GBx2 then i upgraded to 4GBx2 RAM these i think

afterwards i started getting errors such as NO PAGE error and other BSODS relating to memory issues any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Nothing cameup on memtest

It is 2 of the same RAM which came with the computer basically 2 4gbs which are identical. The 4gbs i wanted are also identical, also the 2 4gb ones were newly shopbought ones.

Haven't tried the rubbing alcohol because they were newly bought but might if the problem persists i have 2 sticks of 2gb (4GB)in currently the problem is when i have 2 sticks of 4gb in (8GB)

not sure but i ran the highest setting. people said it could be a voltage issue but there was no way to change the voltage in my bios.

Update after looking to see if my motherboard supports the RAM i found that it is a terrible median one and cant see any information anywhere so i have no idea.
