I think my psu power is low it says on 100% load that my 3,3V max is 2V; 12+ is 7.7 max -5V is 8.88V; -12 is again 8.88V and i want to ask you can be motherboard problem becouse its in warranty and i can go to change it

Exactly what model of Cooler Master PSU is it? Some don't deliver their stated power and are not well made.

Software monitoring of voltages in the BIOS and other programs is notoriously unreliable and I wouldn't trust those numbers. Have you noticed any problems with your PC?

Well, if the VRM heatsink just fell off then you say that the VRM heatsink fell off

If you broke the VRM heatsink by knocking it when installing your GPU then it's not covered under warranty and you should consider buying a new board

$30 isn't bad actually, especially if that includes shipping and tax.

It's up to you really then, get it repaired or buy a new board. If you get a new board try and get one with a 970 chipset as you'll get better overclocks on it (assuming you don't have a mATX case)
