I'm currently looking at buying some RAM for my i5 4690k, and whilst I consider myself average at picking out parts, the sheer number of ram selections bewilders me. I'm aiming around the £50-65 mark, for 2x4gb (Dual channel only please), speed and latency as high and low as possible respectively. Any suggestions are appreciated. (Note; could someone please explain the importance of speed and latency? I understand what they are, but am not quite sure which one is most important)
TL;DR - RAM, £65ish, 2x4Gb dual channel, best possible specs in price range
