im currently running @ 4200 mhz with 1.100 core voltage. and the temperature is 48-49c (stock cooloer) under load. i dont want to overclock more than 4.2, should i lower more the core voltage? it is stable at 1.100 core voltage. and what is the safe temperature for haswell?

Intel recommends 72C as the safe temp for the G3258 as measured at the heat shield. http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Pentium_Dual-Core/Intel-Pentium%20Anniversary%20Edition%20G3258.html Add +5C to that for core temps.
When OC'ing you always want to run with the least vcore you can and still be stable. If you can get it stable with less voltage, do so.
