The one on your link have one fan, but the one I am looking in is have two fans. I don't know differences again, but i think cooler.
At Newegg it was $164.

Thank you Turkey3 for your advice and information. Right when I was about to buy 750Ti on the link you send, I found an open box EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 for $140 on eBay and I bought it. I have 30 refund policy so I will give that a try. There are good review on it.
