I need a PC that will be able to run ARMA III in 1080p on high to ultra settings with 30+ FPS in high density/pop. areas. The PC will need to include an OS, Monitor, Possibly an SSD, an optical drive, a keyboard and mouse combo that is backlit, and I would like to have AMD over Intel since it is cheaper. The PC can absolutely be no more than $850

Solution
intel will run arma 3 better. also arma 3 is a badly optimized game. give me a couple minutes i will have a build that might work just insight i get idk 50-90 on very high ( realy no differant from ultra) my specs are

cpu intel i7 4790k

motherboard asus maximus vi hero

gpu gtx 970 ( soon to be 980 or a amd 3xx)

ram gskill snipers 8gb 1600mhz

ssd holding the game no oc on anything and i get around that fps on a good well made server or scenerio

yeah arma 3 is not a easy game to run by any stretch of the mind. especially since its cpu limited. i have a build that would work fairly good but no os or monitor thats where its gonna get hard the moniter and os is 250$ combined

Yours is good but, it didnt come with everything I asked for. But, how would I install that copy of Windows without a disk drive? And, how would I be able to play games w/o a mouse and keyboard. I made this build with about $60 over budget but I can just wait a little longer. What do you think of this build?

Absolutely not, you will hate life trying to game on a second generation APU. You'll wind up chucking that build or performing a major upgrade within a year. You can install Windows without a disk drive so long as you have access to an external one or a USB flash drive that has over 8GB storage capacity.

This would be a far better investment:

That will be a far stronger gaming setup with a much better CPU and GPU. Then you can add whatever monitor, keyboard and mouse you want.
