What is bottle necking my system?

Hello I was just wondering what is bottle necking my system.

OS: Win 7
Motherboard: Sabertooth z87
CPU: Intel 4770k
Memory: 8GB Gskill
Hard Drive Kingston 128 SSD 500GB WD
Video Card: x2 Galaxy 670 GC sli
Monitor: BenQ XL Series XL2420TE 144hz

Im looking to upgrade here in the next couple days. thanks!

You have no bottleneck. Your 670 SLI is about equal to a 780, maybe 780ti, so there's plenty of power there.

What is happening in your system that makes you think you have a bottleneck?

Is this a gaming system? If you wanted to run demanding games on higher graphics you could upgrade your graphics card. I wouldn't call it a bottleneck, but room to grow.

edit: just saw you had sli, for 1080p any gpu upgrade really won't be worth it.

getting some choppiness in games sometimes ill randomly get lag spikes that last till i restart about every 8sec.
