FX 8320e vs FX 6300

Hello guys and gals quick question, which is better a FX 8320e vs FX 6300 paired with a 212 Evo and a ASRock 990FX Killer AM3+ ATX AMD Motherboard keep in mind both of these are the same price. The CPU will definitely be OC'd. Please help me as I'm buying one of them tomorrow for my first build.

prob looking at similar overclocks of around 4.4-4.8. Unless you know that a program you are planning on using will take advantage of the extra module I would just save the money and get the 6300. For reference the 6300 should be around $100 and the 8350E should be around $150 if someone is trying to charge $150 for a 6300 then look somewhere else. Gaming performance for 90% of the games out there is similar to identical when clocked...
