Hello, I use BolehVPN for about $17/month, and I chose it initially because of their no logs policy and their Malaysian location. My rationale was that a US-based server is WITHIN United States and therefore more vulnerable to authorities requesting logs. Malaysia has no data retention laws.
I'm looking for a VPN that is fast (I'm in Canada), no logs, and cheap. There must be a provider closer to me, but cheaper than $17/ month. I really don't want to use a US/Canada based server unless they really are just as secure as other countries with no retention laws (Malaysa/Panama,etc).
Which provider(s) would best suit my needs here? Thanks a lot!
