Keyboard and mouse won't work after bios.

So I just got a MSI z97 gaming MB and in the bios my the mouse and keyboard work but when I get to windows they won't work any ideas what may be cause this also it won't connect to the internet ( cable is connected) and I have no idea what's causing it. And on another side note all it says is installing devices even when everything is unhooked.

My setup

MB- z97 gaming 7
CPU - i5 4690k
Ram- 16gb gskill at 1866hz
Gpu- Sapphire 3gb r9 280x
CPU cooler- coolermaster v8 gts
Psu- EVGA supernova g2 850w
Case- corsair 780t with 6x140mm fans
Asus optical DVD drive

Plug into USB 2 slots.

in the bios under boot look for usb devices...make sure it set to full on some bios have it set to partial. also make sure your on the usb 2.0 ports for now. if the keyboard wont work use another wired one install all of the mb drivers first then see if there any firmware or driver updates for your keyboard an mouse.
