Memory management, and possible hardware upgrade?

Ok now about 3 years ago I bought a pc which worked perfectly for a while. But some time ago I started getting randon Memory Management and IRQL Not Less Or Equal BSODs, which definitely also happen when i try to play games. I have no idea when it started, could have been right after I moved to another house?

Anyway, I've been wanting to upgrade this desktop to make it a little more future proof, so I've wanted to buy a new mobo, RAM (upgrade to 8 GB), and a new SSD where I will install windows 7 again. Now I've read plenty of previous threads advising to do memtest and what not, but for certain reasons I cant do that. What I have done though is run a simple memory diagnostic through windows that says there is an issue with the hardware, but it never specified which, and I've updated the BIOS and also cleaned up the registry. Problems persist.

So my question is, if I upgrade those 3 parts, will the problems go away or persist? If they persist then I guess I'll just have to send the pc away to get it fixed. But if upgrading works then I'll just do that!

My pc :
GA-H61M-D2-B3 Gigabyte mobo
4GB ram (2x2)
Intel i5 2500K
Nvidia Zotac GTX 560
500 GB Harddisk
Windows 7 64 Bit

Planned Upgrades:
Intel DH77EB Motherboard or Intel DZ68DB Motherboard. Advise if there are better options for similar price (I am not upgrading the 1155 socket type i5 I have)
2 x Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC DRAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)
1 Samsung 840 EVO 250 GB (500 GB Harddisk will become secondary)

Note: I'm awful with technical stuff

Solution
I'm saying buying a single package of 2 sticks not two 1 stick packages - always buy the complete amount of DRAM you want in a single package - that way you know all the sticks have been tested to play nice together

Hey thanks for your reply! Unfortunately the ASRock has just gone out of stock in the place I was going to buy it from, but I'll keep an eye out for it, and look for it in other places too. It's got fantastic reviews though so thank you for that. Are you saying 2 8GB Ram sticks, which are 2X4 or 2 4GB sticks?

And any idea if changing all this will solve the Memory Management, IRQL Not Less Or Equal, and now even PFN List Corrupt BSODs?

Alright thank you. I'll do that
