Ok So i found this system which i feel that perfectly fits my needs

CPU: Intel Core i7 5960X Unlocked Eight Core Processor with HyperThreading

SSD: Mushkin Scorpion 960GB PCIe 2x Sandforce SSD

Motherboard: ASUS X99-E WS

Case: be quiet! Silent Base 800

Video Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 980 STRIX

RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400MHz

Power Supply: Seasonic 520W Fanless FL2 80 Plus Platinum

CPU Heatsink: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3

Extra Fans: be quiet! Silent Wings 2

I am not an expert in Computer Hardware that's why i am asking you guys that what part you'd recommend i should change in this that can help me bringing down its cost without compromising performance?

Also please let me know if there's an updated version of any hardware mentioned in the list.

I will Be using this system for 3D rendering, Video Editing, Animation and stuff so that's why 32Gig ram

Solution
Go for a good 650W power supply, even at full load those components can't use above that, but if you want to leave room for upgrade in the future for example additional graphics card, go with 850W
Seasonic, XFX, Corsair they are all good PSU manufacturers

Well 32GB RAM strikes out as a very big expense but since you didn't say what will you use the build for I don't know if you need it or not
I will assume you will use it for gaming but even then 32 GB will not get used anytime soon in my opinion, unless you plan to use some of it as RAM Disk

If you're just using for gaming, I'd switch out the i7 for an i5. No need to go with an i7 with HyperThreading. You'll see little return with an i7. Use that saved money on a better PSU or another GPU. And drop the RAM down to 8GB; no game will need 32GB of RAM.

How much should i go for? I will be doing 3D rendering and lots of heavy stuff.

Thanks! I will definitely be using 2nd Graphic card in future so i'll buy 850W. What about the CPU? Do you think it's a good choice or would your recommend something else?

Lots of people told me to wait for Skylake bu i can't wait that long because of my work.

Well I don't know much about 3D rendering but that CPU is a beast so I imagine it will handle anything you throw at it
I'm sure someone with more knowledge about it can answer your question with more detailed information :)

There's no need to wait for Skylake. Intel has been making very little improvements in raw performance since Sandy Bridge, going instead for efficiency (performance per Watt).

I guess you're gonna use CUDA acceleration, aren't you?

I'm no expert in this topic, but some pro softwares use double precision calculations and i read that Maxwell is not so good at those. (But don't know what softwares or tasks need it, maybe what you're gonna do only use single precision and Maxwell is better than Kepler at that)

Maybe a GTX Titan would be a better investment.
