Over the past few days, I have had problems with the non-paged pool using more and more memory until it got to about 95% memory usage and have to reset the computer. I read this post: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-winapps/windows-81-memory-leak/ee9dea2f-b839-4637-bb66-c6dbf259a755, and at the very bottom it said his anti-virus was the one causing the problem. This one (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2017719/high-paged-pool-memory-windows.html) said about the same thing. What are the steps in order to finding out which program is causing the problem?
I have:
Windows 8.1
8 gb RAM
RamMap.exe if I need to use that
Update: It seems that the non-paged pool goes up about 1mb/s. I am currently downloading some origin games if that would be a problem also.
