None of those in my opinion be quiet and cooler master have decent psu's but those are the more expensive ones. I would get an XFX psu which is made by seasonic and are pretty cheap. Or something off of tier 1 or 2 from this list.

Out of those 4 brands consider only corsair & be quiet ,simply because even their budget psu's are 'better than average'.
Aerocool & cm make some real bottom of the barrel stuff at the cheap ends of their range.
