with Adobe software, 8GB's of RAM may as well be a requirement in my experience. for the GPU, the GT 720 is not officially supported, however you can add it to the supported cards list for some of the software. there's no grantee it wont be bug free, but in my experience, i have yet to have an "unsupported" card give me problems. (i have done this with a GT 105m, GT630, and a GTX 860m) another thing to consider is, depending on which CS version your using, most of the Adobe CS will be OpenGL accelerated and will support most GPU's off the bat that support the minimum OGL version or greater.
this thread outlines how to add a new card to the Premier Pro lists.

my last note, you want at least 512MB's of vRAM on the GPU, its recommended to have 1GB or more. if you can help it, get the GDDR5 version of the GT 720. now weather or not that's an upgrade is dependent on your current Graphics hardware.
