Weird display "pixel" problem

I have this problem appearing.

So far only when using a web browser(both in IE & Chrome)
Though in IE so far after a short test i only noticed that a few gifs became weird. But nothing like what it is in chrome.
No problems in games so far or anywhere else.

Asus P8H61-M LX3 Plus R2.0
i5 3570
Asus Stirx GTX 970
8GB RAM
1,5TB HDD

IIRC this started to happen after i did a chkdsk.

Could just be an aero problem, don't think it is a bad GPU otherwise you'd 99% of the time be unstable in games, might be because it is going off 3D clocks to 2D maybe?

this sign of a failing gpu ... if you have warranty then rma the card or test another gpu in the system and test the card in another system as well

i hear what you are saying but a gpu going bad doesnt always go 100% usage ,, my radeon 4850 went with pixels like his and it was always about 6 to 10% usage .. bad gpu is still a factor in this .. as i said try it on another system or\and try another gpu in the system
