looking to upgrade motherboard and cpu

Ok so last year i bought a crappy £200 pc and have upgraded the gpu(Gtx 660) and the psu(RM 650). Curently i have a 78lmt usb3 rev 4.1 as my mb and have a fx 4100 as my cpu. So i am wondering what mb and cpu i should upgrade to.

If you want to stick w/ AMD - could update the CPU initially and followup with a better mobo down the road. If we had a budget to work with would be easier, but with the current mob you could upgrade to say 8320 or 8350 and do mobo for OCing later - or if budget permits move to a Intel rig

are you gaming? If so get an i5 4690 or 4690K if you're into overclocking. Motherboard is all user preference depending on what kind of features you're looking for. I like Asus for my boards but MSI and Gigabyte make OK MBs too.
