Need some help. Installed new motherboard and computer gets stuck in an on off cycle

I wanted to upgrade my computer motherboard so I bought one off ebay (they said it worked fine so I'm hoping it does).

My old spec
I5 3470
8gb of kingston ram 1600
MSI geforce 560 ti oc
DH61WW
Corsair 750w psu

The new mother board is a Gigabyte GA-P67X-UD3-B3

All worked on the old set up but I can't even get it to go into bios with the new board. It just powers up for a few seconds then powers down again with no picture.

I'm sure I have it connected all properly but no luck.

Any ideas?? Any questions just ask. Cheers

I just read somewhere that I need F9 bios to use my cpu but not sure if it is already on the board. Would that cause the problem?? I read through the guide that was posted up and still can't get it to work. I know I'll need to install the os again but I'm not sure how as it won't stay on or display anything

Got it to stay on with the disc but getting no video. Tried 2 gpu's I know work, tried VGA and HDMI, also the board has no on board graphics. Any ideas??
