Is this a decent video card, for editing? NVIDIA GeForce GT 635 graphics. Mainly video editing. NO gaming. Here are the specs: 4th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-4440 processor
MB L3 cache and 3.1GHz processor speed with Turbo Boost up to 3.3GHz.
12GB DDR3 memory
1TB Serial ATA III hard drive (7200 rpm)
VIDEO EDITING ONLY!!

Solution
The GT 635 is a pretty slow GPU - to pair better with the processor - I would suggest something similar to the GT750ti. I do a little video editing on my rig, along with some complex Photoshop work - and the GPU does make a difference. The 750ti is $100 - $150 depending upon the memory and quality of the fans. I use the same GPU at home and work - both driving 4 HD monitors. I was working with a slower GPU and the speed differential is really big....

I was looking at prebuilt PC's. And I was wondering if there was a really good prebuilt under 800bucks...

One of the biggest problems I have found with prebuilt systems - they never come with the configuration I want or need. I build most of my systems - that way I get exactly what I want....if you must get a pre-built system, see if you can get one that uses onboard graphics so you can upgrade the GPU, or see if they allow for substitutions. Getting something from the "big box store" will not be easy to modify without losing a bit of money....
