which is good for overclocking / good performance .. Msi Z97 Gaming 5 or the Asus Sabertooth Mark 2 or 1? others would recommend me to buy MSI for gaming but i just want to know if it is worth paying for?

Gpu : Palit Geforce Gtx 970 Jetstream
Psu : Xfx Pro series 750w
Ram : G Skill RipjawsX series 2x4Gb 1866 cl9
Seagate 3TB 7200RPM 64MB, ST3000DM001 (SATA 6 Gb/s)

I need MoBo

( I want the OC and good performance MoBo ... Tnx ^^

I would say the sabertooth (both models are great, it's just the feature set that's different), because that model undergoes server grade testing so you are guaranteed to get a very good mobo. Plus it has above average vrms for overclocking.

I'd go the Asus ST, great mobo, OCs well, runs cool, nice BIOS and Asus has much better QC, I myself won't build on MSI

I am with Tradesman also lol. I prefer Asus and Gigabyte motherboards over MSI anyday (I just like gigabyte and Asus better because i know their boards and they have good features). However, I would buy MSI's graphics cards and laptops in a heart beat.
