Issues getting RAID 5 to work on windows 7.

PC SPECS:

AMD FX6300
ASRock 970 Extreme 4
16gb 1600 RAM
120GB SSD
3x 500GB HDDs
gigabyte gtx 960

I recently built this PC and have trouble getting windows to run with the RAID 5 setup. I have windows 7 installed onto the SSD and have the 3 disks setup as RAID 5. The motherboard had a built-in controller. The computer find just fine when in IDE mode, but not RAID. What could I do to fix it?

Well, I've already gone and installed windows to the comp. Does this mean I need to get a USB floppy drive, load the divert from there and reinstall windows? I'm looking for a way to set it up without having to reinstall.
