I just built a new PC, and when I turn on everything and it is plugged into a monitor nothing will show up (just a blank screen or a "no signal").

These are the parts:
* AMD FX-6300 CPU
* Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 mATX AMD3+ Motherboard
* Team Elite 8GB (2x4) DDR3-1333 RAM
* Asus Strix GTX 960 2GB GPU
* Hyper Type-R Blue Line 580W PSU
* Cooler Master Centurion 532 Case

When I turn on the power the fans turn on and light up, the graphics card lights up, and the cpu fan will spin. The PSU will also light up and the fans on it will spin. We tried plugging it into an old monitor but nothing showed up, then we used an HDMI cable to connect it to a TV but that only showed a "no signal" message. Not sure what to do.

I tried taking out the ram and turing the system on and nothing happened, and tried re-plugging in the 2x12 psu cable because part of it looked like it wasn't plugged in well enough. We also noticed that there are two lights on the top of the case (I think it's the I/O panel) that turn on, one symbol is shaped like a lightening bolt and the other like cylinder.

Is there anyone who can help with this situation? Thank you!
