Need help picking pc parts

This is going to be the build i am going to get, if there is any improvements for cheaper tell me.
I need help with picking parts:
-Good Motherboard
-Good looking case with good fan control and cable control
-Decent power supply that is about 550-600 watts
-Decent monitor that isn't too bad
Budget is $1,000

if that is too much for your budget I think you should consider not buying cpu cooler, at least for now

CPU, having more virtual cores, is more future proof. Ram have lower latency, HDD is a bit faster.

Regarding monitor, I have the same one and I am very happy with it.

And regarding PSU, I think the Seasonic I mention is better then the antec vp
