Manufacturer refurbished, safe to use??

Solution
Usually its perfectly fine especially if it near new

The reason is likely being a RMA'd unit where a batch had an inherent issue that has now being fixed meaning it can now be more reliable that a new one out of the box, Its being Fully Load tested and Passed

But then again you never know the quality of the repair job

Refer: the note on the auction
