Hi, I don't know if this should be in mobile computing or here, but here goes. I need a laptop, 17 inches. I was all set to get this http://amzn.com/B00RGMEVU0 for 1k when I was informed that AMD may be a better choice for my needs and much cheaper. Basically I use the laptop for internet browsing, word processing, school, light programming for now, and modern games (cod aw project cars when it comes out)... nothing online. Single player stuff. I like great graphics but am willing to sacrifice running everything on "ultra" for a couple hundred dollars. I know nothing about AMD processors spec/model wise like I do Intel, but have read a few of the threads comparing the two. So here's a link to 17 inch AMD laptops on Amazon, which should I buy? I can only see the Acer Aspire V17 Nitro Black Edition which appears to be a pretty nice option for the price and should be good for gaming.
