Guys pls help me to upgrade my CPU on my acer aspire 5720z ... this one is too slow. Now I'm running at my (R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU T2310. What more powerful CPU can be placed on this motherboard? Below are my specs: THX!

Thanks, but you are wrong ... Today I managed to upgrade it to Intel Core2 Duo T7700 @ 2.40GHz http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core2+Duo+T7700+%40+2.40GHz
I've read the manual of my motherboard and there is a description what CPU types one can place to this board

Thus I picked the best of those T7700 put new thermal grease and now I'm typing this words on a new CPU ))) Anyway thx for you respond ... & I hope somebody will find this post useful! Good luck! ;)
