Which CPU temperatures are correct? (HWMonitor, AIDA64)

So, I want to overclock my cpu but I'm not sure if I can because I heard that FX can go up to 62-5c but when I check temperatures they're different so I was wondering which one is correct.
And these are the temps under prime95
And these are the temps under prime95
If you have AMD FX CPU, then use AMD Overdrive. There you have temp. margine, and you can test your CPU to see temps.
