How good is this memory?

asrock h81m, i5 4460
kingston ddr3 1600mhz, CL11, SR, 4GB, KVR16N11S8/4
How good this memory would be with given motherboard and cpu. Is there a better one in the same price range(40-45usd)?

It'll work, I'd prefer something in CL9 or better since 1600 is the best the mobo will support. Might even look at 1333 sets - those in CL7 or 8 will outperform this CL11 set
