I have a new build that is not powering on.
1. The only item that turns on is the power light on the case when I push the power button
2. I have connected the ATX power cable from the motherboard, and also the 4 pin CPU connector to another power supply. When I press the power button, the CPU fans, etc start.
3. When I jumper 15 and 16 on the ATX power cable nothing happens.
Is my new PSU dead? Are there any other tests to try?
Update - Tested with a Voltage meter against the chart within the manual. A number of the pins have no voltage or a voltage that is much smaller than is required. A couple of them had the correct voltage.
