Having RMA trouble... possible defective product!

I am having trouble with PSU RMA from one of my suppliers from abroad. Last time I sent it over it was gone for months, in the end I had to demand a new one... which failed again.

Now this time I am simply unwilling to risk damage to my computer for what may be a faulty product line. I will send it for repair one more time, but when it returns and if it fails again, then the warranty may have already expired. It would appear that by the no fault of the supplier, I may have stumbled upon a defective product line, but the supplier refuses to acknowledge that and is insisting on having it repaired again.

Now if it does die for the third time, what are my options? Can I demand a refund?
