question about cpu opt and fan

i want to use water cooling and plug in to cpu opt ( easy this one i know the answer ) can i use also the cpu fan for an additional fan at the case? sorry for my poor english

Probably. Every motherboard is different. Both fan headers are most likely controllable. They may or may not be separately controllable. They may work together in unison. That would still be OK.

 
Yes, It's possible:
The settings in BIOS:
CPU OPT Fan Speed Control (CPU_OPT Connector)
Allows you to determine whether to enable the fan speed control function and adjust the fan speed.
- Normal: Allows the fan to run at different speeds according to the CPU temperature. You can adjust the fan speed with System Information Viewer based on your system
requirements. (Default)
- Silent: Allows the fan to run at slow speeds.
- Manual: Allows you to control the fan speed under the Fan Speed Percentage item.
- Full Speed: Allows the fan to run at full speeds.
