Thinking of keeping my OC to 4.0ghz

Hello, i have an I5-4690k with an Hyper evo 212 air cooler. I did some stress test OCed to 4.0 and it showed that my max load temp was 68c,my gaming temp was around 55c and my idle temp is 38c . So im wondering, if i keep it like this would my CPU die really fast, or are these temperatures safe enough

Those Temps are very good. I would try to make sure it stays under 80c and shouldn't have a problem. Adding voltage will kill your cpu faster overtime so keep it under 1.3 and you should be Ok.
