hello everyone
from what i heard this hibernation thing dont consume a lot of power and some PSUs cant delever that tiny power .. and this hibernation is on only when the pc in on sleep mode. i never put my pc in sleep mode so do i buy a "normal" psu like corsair vs og coolermaster gm and disable this hibernation thing ? it wont hurt the rig or something ?!!

Solution
It's only a new mode of hibernation - power states - that the power supplies may not work with, and it's normally disabled by default on desktop systems. Other low power states are still available, they just save slightly less power.

In any case, it won't do any actual damage. It's just not necessarily going to wake up properly if the new Haswell power states are used with an old power supply that does not support it.
