I had to recover files from a corrupted External Hard Drive but once it was formatted correctly I tried to re open the recovered files it told me that the files were either corrupted, unsupported, or damaged. what do i do?
Unfortunately, you can't do much about this. My suggestion would be to try some different data recovery software and hope that you will get better results.
If the files are somehow overwritten or corrupted by multiple bad sectors, you may not be able to open them.

The people who i use the recovery system says to check the recovered files that might be corrupted is impossible but i should retry the scan again and save the already recovered files to a second partition. (i dont know how to do with with a hard drive that show no unallocated space but im trying) but I really dont feel another recovery system would help.
You should save what is already recovered on another HDD, not another partition on the same HDD. You should do so in order not to overwrite any existing data on your current drive.
It will not hurt to scan again with the same tool, I guess.
