Task Manager not displaying all CPU cores.

I recently bought an AMD A10 7850K APU for my desktop. When I had put it together, I tried to play a game and found out it was very slow (slower then the one in my laptop @1.5 GHz). I took a look at Task Manager and saw, there was only 2 cores. So I checked resource monitor, Device Manager, and CPU-Z and they all said I have 4 cores. Can anyone help me figure out why only 2 are being used?

I've already un-parked my cores manually, still didn't change anything.

It could mean 2 logical cores per physical core, and that is how your PC sees it

Hm, if it is, that really sucks. Looking at the box it says: "12 Compute Cores (4CPU + 8 GPU)"

Thing is, every other place I check says has 4 physical cores as well as apparent model's of the inside of the APU. Oh well, I guess I'm just in denial because I really don't want to spend more money. I won't pick a solution yet in hopes someone will come up either confirming or denying this. Thanks though.
