I have 2 r9 290x on AIOs with 14cm rads.
I mount my rads totally out on the back of the PC and they keep my room nice and warm. So each rad and fan is not inside the case at all and they are not sucking through any case grills. They are sucking cold external air straight into the rad and blowing it into my room. It goes no where near the inside of the PC.
It looks quite good out the back but obviously it isnt such a good arrangement for moving the case around if thats something you need to do regularly.
With Corsair 140mm rads and Noctrua fans the PC is very quiet but I have had to cut a hole in my case side window and buy a few minor fixings.
Essentially you can put the rad anywhere inside or out and expect to experiment a bit because you are not going to know what suits you best until its in and you are messing around overclocking etc ....
On your case .. It could go in the empty front 5.25 drive bay area (cable ties good here) I found sucking cold air in was good on a previous set up in a different case to my current one.
You could also stick it outside if you don't mind cutting a small hole in your perspex side window (like I did) and that is on clips or something that enables you to take it out and put it back in so you can get the rad outside whilst the card is seated in its pcie slot.
You may be able to fit on the bottom with cable ties but i have found that arrangement impedes access to my power supply leads.
Mounted on the top inside of the case or top back where the normal exit fan is I find rads with fans noisy as they suck or blow through grills but it is certainly workable if you can get it to fit. I had a 12cm fan on a fat rad for one r9 290x and it performed worse than a front mounted 14cm rad. With a stock 12cm fan and one rad cooling 2 chips as you have, id imagine you might be in for some noise mounting next to/on a grill.
